I thought of you today, Billy. We met in our first year of university when we lived at Charles Morris halls. We spent time on the benches outside talking, exchanging stories of the first months of our degrees. I remember your Mum passing away, and you were so composed and strong. I remember you deferred a year. Still with a positive spirit, doing what was best for you. You used to share your rollies with me. I'd come to your room in the other block to borrow some tobacco. You were soft and considerable and kind. I saw you as someone I could make a friend. Before I knew it, the sad news came that you were gone. It was beyond my imagination Billy. It was like an event happening in a parallel universe. I am so so sorry. I am so sorry for your family that they had to experience such a tragic event. The feeling of loss is not known until something like this happens. I am so sorry. Please continue to watch over us. We love you so much. You are gone too soon. I don't like to think of the events of that night, but any pain has subsided and you are in safe arms with nothing but tranquillity now. We will see you again... and your happy face.
